Welcome!

I want to give my readers an introduction. My name is Francesca.  I am recently married (1 1/2 years) and living in New York City with my husband, Alex and little pooch, Toby.

And here is our little fur son, Toby.

We love to travel and eat!

The eating part comes from both our families being Italian, I think! My mom always cooks with LOVE and everything tastes amazing.  Since I was a child, my parents would take me antique shopping with them and do all sorts of non-kid activities that involved home decor and improvements.  Those activities really rubbed off on me!

A little about my career….I have been in the fashion industry for over 10 years. I’ve been a footwear buyer for many years at Nine West, an international jewelry merchandiser for GUESS, and most recently spearheading a start-up women’s footwear company for the last few years.  I have always thought about pursuing home decorating and interior design as a career, but never could 100% commit without leaving the fashion industry.

I think that right now is the time for me to explore this passion. Here I am wearing my heart on my sleeve.
